I worked for Chocolatier Australia as Product and Design Manager from July 2019 until January 2023 when the company took a new approach to their business.
This role involved assessing their brand strategy and redesigning their entire range as part of a refresh to the brand. I was responsible for all taking all design work (including for packaging, marketing and digital channels) from conception to print.
In addition to the design work, I also ran their new product development process, refining existing products and creating new ones.
I was also given responsibility for their social media accounts and all marketing materials.

Pure Indulgence boxed range
This redesign of Chocolatier Australia’s longest standing gift boxed range aimed to re-establish the range in the premium segment. Using interesting photography, warm tones and glowing colours with metallic inks the boxes are inviting and elegant. Sales have increased considerably year on year.
